Appointments

Please note that we now operate a same day service for clinician appointments. You should only submit a request or request an appointment if you would like it addressing on the same day, otherwise wait and send your request / contact on a day that you are available.

We ask that you contact the Practice either way as early as possible to make your appointment due to the high demand of requests that the Practice receives daily, once capacity has been met you will need to contact/submit a request the following day.

Our Care Navigation Team will be able to advise you on further options and services available, if capacity has been reached at the time of your request.

You can directly contact the Practice from 8am to book an appointment, on 01469 572058. Or you can submit a request on AskMyGp from 7:30am - to access our online request service, please click the link below

Zero Tolerance Policy Update.

We regret to have put this post out, but due to recent increases of incidents of abusive behavior towards our staff, we would like to remind our patients of our zero-tolerance policy. Whilst we are aware of frustration caused by the pressures within the National Health Service and sympathise with the impact this has on our patient population; we cannot allow our staff to be subjective to abuse. Thank you for your respectfulness and cooperation.

You can still call the practice

Care Navigators are members of GP support staff who have been trained to help you get the right help from the right health profession as soon as possible. All practice staff take data protection and patient confidentiality very seriously, so whilst you may notice that they ask you a few more questions, you don't need to worry. They’re just helping to get you the right care, from the most appropriate member of the General Practice team.

Need help using online services?

At peak times we have received over 800 calls per day to the practice which means phone lines can be busy at times. You may find it quicker and easier to use our online services however we understand that not everyone finds this easy.

Our Digital Inclusion Team are here to help you use our online services.

If you wish to speak with our digital team, you can request this by either calling the Practice (suggested at a later time due to high demand in AM) - our phone lines are open until 6:30pm. Alternatively, you can attend our Practice and speak with a Care Navigator available on front desk who will pass forward your request.
