The feedback gathered through the FFT is being used in NHS organisations across the country to stimulate local improvement and empower staff to carry out the sorts of changes that make a real difference to patients and their care.

While the results will not be statistically comparable against other organisations because of the various data collection methods, FFT will continue to provide a broad measure of patient experience that can be used alongside other data to inform service improvement and patient choice.

We would like to hear your views about GP services during COVID-19

Local GP Practices and NHS North East Lincolnshire CCG are working together to gather the views of patients regarding the changes that have been made to Primary Care services in response to the Covid19 outbreak. At the start of the response to the outbreak, a number of changes were made to how GP services operated in North East Lincolnshire, with patients being assessed over the phone or digitally, and only being asked to attend in person when necessary.

We are asking for the views and experiences of patients now, in order to inform plans for future services. You can complete the survey online by clicking here – this link will work on laptops, PCs, tablets and mobile phones.

Or if you would prefer you can complete the survey over the telephone by calling the CCG on 0300 3000 567.

This survey closes on Monday 24th August 2020.

The new system is excellent, the response time to messages is very, very good. I will be recommending to my friends and family to use the askmyGP.
