Service Times
Our Telephone Line and AskMyGp Online Services are both open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm.
Our telephone system allows patients to get a callback without waiting in the queue. We hope this will help to resolve issues with the line engaged tone.

AskMyGP Service TimesAll requests for an appointment will be reviewed by a doctor and the most appropriate appointment made.
Appointments will be available the same day (if clinically appropriate) or pre-bookable (depending on availability).
The more information you give us, the more likely the most suitable appointment or advice is given.
We hope this will significantly improve our services and we will continue to monitor and improve our services for you.
We have also introduced additional features within the AskMyGp Service! All patients are now able to submit requests for:

Training Afternoons
On the third Thursday of every month the practice, along with all other practices in the area, will close from 1pm for a training afternoon.
askmyGp and our phone lines will be open from 8am as usual. However, once we have met capacity for that day or if you have an urgent medical concern from 1pm onwards, you will be required to call 01472 256256.
