New Year Opening Times
We will be closed on Friday 1st January 2021 (New Year's Day). If you have outstanding medication to collect from Keelby, please do so by 2pm on New Year's Eve (Thursday 31st December 2020). If you need to enquire about a delivery, please get in touch before 2pm on Thursday 31st December. For all acute medication patients, you will be advised by a clinician if this is for collection or delivery on the day.
Patients can order their prescriptions in the following ways:
- Systm Online
- Patient Partner (telephone system)
- Email to practice address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Post your request on paper with full details (name, date of birth, address and individual medications you require) into the box on the right hand side in the entrance
- Healthera App (Dispensing patients only)
Deliveries for Dispensing patients only are on the following days:
- Tuesday – Ulceby/East Halton/Brocklesby (including Blister Packs)
- Wednesday – North & South Killingholme/Habrough (including Blister Packs)
- Thursday – Stallingborough/Keelby blister packs/Irby/Riby/Limber/Aylesby
On a Monday, Wednesday & Friday, we also have an added driver to help deliver all the dressings to patients in their own homes and also to help with any backlog that may have occurred with the regular deliveries.
Acute prescriptions such as antibiotics which are prescribed on the day are dispensed and delivered to the patient on the same day where possible.

Immingham - 08:00 - 18:00
Keelby - 08:00 - 13:00 & 13:30 - 18:00
Keelby surgery is now open medication collection. All other dispensary, shielding or housebound patients will have their prescriptions delivered. Anyone who doesn't pay will have their prescription signed for them. We will now be taking payment by card ONLY. Anything that cannot be delivered will be brought back and delivery will be attempted the following day. Please note that due to the current situation, the 48-hour margin may be delayed in some cases.

You MUST be a dispensing patient to access this service. Government rules states that a dispensing patient is someone who does not live within a mile of a pharmacy. This means you are eligible to have your medication provided by our Dispensary Team.Find out more
Due to the situation, we are not allowing anyone into the surgery unnecessarily. If you usually collect your prescription slip from your GP, please call 01469 572058 and arrange for your prescription to be sent to a pharmacy electronically.
